Advanced Production and Manufacturing
Huahuan is among the first telecommunication equipment manufacturers that have adopted advanced surface mount technology (SMT) in China. We expanded our production capacity by moving our manufacture base to Miyun Industrial Park, Beijing in May 2002. The base has over 10, 000m 2 of production area. With the advanced production facilities in Miyun Industrial Park and equipped with the most advanced SMT assembly line, Huahuan is capable of mass production of high-quality telecommunication products.
We use Management Information System (MIS) in all manufacturing processes, including component purchasing process control, warehouse management, packing and delivery, and after-sales product management, improving production efficiency and quality

Huahuan successfully obtained SGS ISO9001: 1994 certificate in 1998, and upgraded to ISO9001: 2000 in June, 2003.
